4 Kinds of Core Personality Possessed by Humans

In this post I tried to review the four kinds of core personality possessed by humans. By posting on this subject, it does not mean that I am an expert in the field of psychology, you know. This post just want to give a picture of that in our daily lives, will relate to four kinds of human personality is different. So after knowing the difference, is expected to arise mutual understanding between the members.
Well 4 of personality found in humans include:

    Sanguin → nicknamed the "Popular" as clever persuasive and want to be famous.
    Koleris → nicknamed "Strong" as it is often dominant and competitive.
    Melancholy → nicknamed the "perfect" because perfectionist and orderly.
    Plegmatis → dubbed the "Love Peace" because of his loyalty and avoid conflict.

4 personality above are not better or worse, because each has strengths and weaknesses. Now let us examine the strengths and weaknesses of the four personality.
Sanguin
Power :

    Likes to talk.
    Physically holds the listener, emotional and demonstrative.
    Enthusiastic and expressive.
    Cheerful and full of curiosity.
    Live in the present.
    Easy to change (many activities / desire).
    Be sincere and childlike.
    Happy together and gather (to meet and talk).
    Generally, great on the surface.
    Easy to friends and love others.
    Pleased with the praise and wants to be a concern.
    Fun and envied others.
    Forgiving (and do not hold grudges).
    Taking the initiative / shy away from things or circumstances that boring.
    Like things spontaneous.

Weakness :

    Voice and laugh hard (even too hard).
    Exaggerate a thing / event.
    It's hard to keep quiet.
    Easy bandwagon or controlled by the state or others (like follow Gank).
    Frequently requested consent, including the trivial matters.
    RKP (Concentration Range Short) alias forgetful.
    In working rather talk and forget obligation (initially just enthusiastic).
    Easily changeable.
    Hard to come on time office hours.
    Priority of chaotic activity.
    Dominating the conversation, like interrupts and hard to listen completely.
    Often taking the problems of others, be as if the problem is.
    Aka selfish selfish.
    Often argued and repeat the same stories.
    Concentrate on "How to spend money" rather than "How to earn / save money".

Koleris
Power :

    Likes to lead, make decisions, dynamic and active.
    Is in need of change and must correct the error.
    Strong-willed and sure to achieve the goals / targets.
    Free and independent.
    Courage to face the challenges and problems.
    "Today should be better than yesterday, tomorrow must be better than today".
    Looking for practical solutions and move quickly.
    Delegating work and orientation focuses on productivity.
    Creating and setting goals.
    Motivated by the challenge and the challenge.
    Not so need a friend.
    Want to lead and organize.
    Usually right and had a vision for the future.
    Excel in an emergency.

Weakness :

    Impatient and quick to anger (coarse and not tactical).
    Happy reign.
    Too excited and / hard to relax.
    Likes controversy and contention.
    Too stiff and strong / hard.
    Do not like tears and emotions are not sympathetic.
    Do not like the trivial and rambling / too detailed.
    Often make a hasty decision.

Melancholy
Power :

    Analytical, deep, and full of thought.
    Seriously and aims, and oriented schedule.
    Artistic, musical and creative (philosophy and poetic).
    Sensitive.
    Willing to sacrifice themselves and idealistic.
    High standards and perfectionism.
    Glad details / itemize, persevering, orderly and regular round (neat).
    Save money.
    Look at solving problems and finding creative solutions (often too creative).
    When it started, is completed.
    Friends with caution.
    Satisfied behind the scenes, avoiding attention.
    Want to hear the complaint, faithful and devoted.
    Very considerate of others.

Weakness :

    Tend to see the problem from the negative side (moody and depressed).
    Given the negative and vindictive.
    Easy to feel guilty and have a low self-image.
    More emphasis on how rather than the achievement of objectives.
    Depressed on the situation imperfect and changeable.
    Spent a lot of time to analyze and plan.

Weakness :

    Less enthusiastic, especially the changes / new activities.
    Fear and worry.

    Dry humor and mocking (sarcastically).
    Less goal-oriented.
    Less difficult to move and motivate themselves.
    More like a spectator than engaging.
